Return Policy

• According to the ""Reasonable Exceptions for the Exercise of Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions"" guidelines, personal hygiene products and intimate clothing cannot be returned. 

LeRêve goes above and beyond the regulations by offering a 7-day inspection period for regular-priced items. Special discounted items are non-returnable.

• How to initiate a return or exchange:

1. For purchases made on the official website, you can apply for a return within 7 days by visiting the order page. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer service through the order details.

2. Once the customer service team receives your return/exchange request, they will contact you through "Customer Communication" to provide return instructions.

3. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method. You can also choose to receive store credit (shopping points):

  • Credit card refund: It will take 5-20 business days after the return is received to process the refund.
  • ATM refund: The refund will be transferred to your bank account. Please provide complete account information (including "bank code" and "branch code," for example: Cathay United Bank (013) Neihu Branch (0659)). 
        • The refund will be processed within 5-20 business days after the return is received.
        • If the ATM refund account information is incorrect or incomplete, the refund may be delayed. Except for Cathay United Bank accounts, a transfer fee of NT$15 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Store credit refund: It will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item and will be credited to your official website account. 
        • Store credit has no expiration date and can be used both online and at physical stores.

• Important notes for returns/exchanges:

1. Items purchased on the official website are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

2. For customers in outlying islands or overseas are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and exchange. 

3.Any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.

5. To protect the rights of both parties, please provide a complete unboxing video as proof of the original condition of the item in case of minor defects. This will facilitate the subsequent handling process.

6. For promotional bundle items (including gifts), if the number of items returned does not meet the promotional requirements, the retained items will revert to the original price, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund.

7. The main product and all accessories in a bundle must remain intact and unused (including gifts). If any item has been used or damaged (beyond restoration to a new condition), the refund will deduct the original purchase price of the used item.

8. The shipping fee for the order is covered by the store when the products are shipped. 

  • If a return is subsequently requested, the refund will be based on the product's selling price. 
  • If the returned product does not meet the complete return conditions, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

9. For unclaimed packages at convenience stores or rejected deliveries, the order is considered completed, and store credit (including member birthday credit, promotional gift credit, order feedback credit,

・There is no 7-day inspection period for purchases made in physical stores. Customers should ensure that the purchased items meet their requirements before making the purchase.

NOTICE - The following conditions will render the products ineligible for returns or exchanges, please take note:

1. Removal of hang tags.

2. Products that have been washed.

3. Products with signs of use, dirt, or odor.

4. Products that have been altered or modified.

5. Damaged AIr Push-up Pad.

6. Incomplete packaging or missing contents (including gifts).

7. Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.

8. Special sale events or group purchase discounted items (please refer to the current event information for details).

9. AirBra Adhesive Wings are considered personal hygiene products and cannot be returned once the transparent protective film is torn open. However, if the invisible side panel is included in an AirBra product set, the product set can be returned, but an additional fee of NT$280 will be charged for side panel refurbishment.

1. 凡於官網購買之商品,於送達7日內(含星期六日、國定假日),可申請退/換貨服務。
2. 離島、海外客戶-請自行負擔來回運費。
3. 換貨僅接受等值商品之更換,如欲更換高於原商品價值之品項,需補差額。
4. 每張訂單享有「一次換貨」服務,若因尺寸不合,提供1次尺寸更換服務,寄回更換之單趟運費需自行支付,如需二次換貨,請自行負擔來回運費。
5. 為確保雙方權益,瑕疵少件請提供完整開箱錄影證明商品原始狀態,以利後續處理程序進行。
6. 組合優惠商品(包含贈品)若退貨後未達活動優惠件數,保留商品將恢復原價,差額從退貨金額直接扣除。
7. 組合內容的主商品與所有配件需保持完整與未經使用(包含贈品),如果其中一個商品有使用或是破損等等(無法回復成新品),
  • 訂單退貨後,保留的商品總金額未達免運費門檻,退貨款項將會扣除「出貨時」運費(運費無法利用購物金折抵)
  • 若商品未符合完整退貨條件而寄回退貨者,買家需自行負擔寄件來回物流費用。
9. 凡是超商、實體店未取貨,或是宅配拒收等狀況,仍視為訂單成立,購物金(包含會員生日購物金、活動贈送購物金、訂單回饋購物金、斷貨補償金與折價券/回饋券代碼)一律不予退還。
10. 若二聯式發票有「銷貨退回或折讓證明單」之需求時,不必寄回發票,在消費者申請紙本發票時,即已同意由法凡國際股份有限公司代為處理銷貨退回或折讓證明單,以利加速退款作業處理,屆時法凡國際股份有限公司將直接開立折讓單上傳至財政部電子發票整合服務平台。
